Whilst PowerPoint is intended for use in displaying graphic slideshows on screen, many people and organisations use it as a substitute for Word, for writing pitches and proposals.

This project needed a PowerPoint template set up for proposal purposes and the result is shown in the video below.

​

Microsoft PowerPoint allows for nine levels of text, so a mix of headings, text, bullets and numbered list styles was incorporated into the template.

​

Several slide layout options are included in the template; more options are always better as this saves time, gives clear direction on how text and graphics should be laid out and keeps the document looking tidy and professional.
